I am sorry that I didn’t get a chance to meet you yesterday. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the faxed Consulting agreement, and most importantly to tell you and Dr Chang what a fabulous staff you have! From your receptionist to the injectors and the Radiance staff that I met you have a quality practice! I don’t often send these memos, so please take it as very high praise. I have been in the Aesthetic Industry for 24 years, and have been a Plastic Surgery Nurse for 21 of those years. I was office manager and clinical head nurse, so I have had a glimpse of your daily work schedule! I know it is always nice to know when your office staff represents the level of professionalism that your staff showed to me!

I am extremely pleased with the results of my surgery. Dr. Chang is definitely one of the best plastic surgeons in the region and extremely dedicated to his patients. I had my eyes done in late October and within 6 days I was in an office meeting with people and nobody could tell I’d just had surgery. I did get LOTS of compliments on how “rested” I looked, and I was delighted. Dr. Chang and his staff are the best.
