Women who undergo cosmetic breast surgery often experience a surge in self-assuredness, according to a new study. Breast-augmentation patients described a marked and noticeable confidence boost in many areas of their lives, including the bedroom.
These are the findings of a recent Real Self study that shows women who have undergone breast augmentation report higher self-esteem and more sexual fulfillment. Of the respondents to the two-week survey, 61 percent indicated an increase in sexual contact, and 70 percent reported a rise in their overall contentment with their sex lives.
Whether they are restoring their original breast shape after a pregnancy, reconstructing after breast cancer, or simply enhancing their natural figure, breast-augmentation patients reported positive changes in their sex lives.
